First Impression – Problem or Person
An important lesson which I learnt from my father that when faced with a tough conflict with anyone is introspect .
The only thing we need to do at the point is to detach the Problem from the Person.
Sometimes our own Ego rules over but it is always better to take a pause . Then let your mind take the call which will only be to focus on the Problem rather than Person. This will not only strengthen the bond but improve mutual respect as well
Introspect and ensure your Ego does not blind you .
