Physical Health for Mental Health
This post is in reference to the calendar featuring paintings done by visually impaired students of Government High School for the blind. This school is situated at Olassa 10 kms away from Kottayam.(@belight_bealight)
I am very glad to know about the activities done with the students to promote themselves from ‘specially challenged’ to ‘differently abled’
Have decided to share the monthly calendar in my first post of every month which showcases the theme for each month along with the message for that month and task related to it
The theme for the month of Feb Month 2021 is Physical Health for Mental Health
Week 1 – Spend 30 minutes for physical activity.
Week 2 – Avoid the vehicle and take a walk.
Week 3 – Give your body enough rest and sleep for at least 7 hours
Week 4 – Do a periodical medical check-up.
These tasks are a reminder in case you are not already following them as part of your routines.
