Gratitude Jars
This week is very special for me as it began with a photograph from my friend @sukanyalal3
Being grateful does not happen at once & needs constant practice.
Just sharing an idea about having a gratitude jar at home.These are known as happiness jars as well; the basic idea is that you write down when you feel grateful for something and put it into a container to read later on. It is like a box filled with reminders of what you’re grateful for.
During covid times when people are spending most of their time at home, It is a great idea to create a positive atmosphere at home with happiness jar. Expressing gratitude can be a fun activity that the whole family can get involved in with the help of a gratitude jar.
