This is dedicated to my colleague Amit.C, who was part of my team and often we used to commute to office together. Though he was my direct reportee and have given him enough leadership advice on various occasions. During our commute back home, he regaled everyone with his steady stream of anecdote & jokes which used to bring smile on everyone’s face.
Even the last call I had with him, it was all about creating memories. As both of us were talkative so our conversation goes for long time. Though he had not read my book as it was just after the launch we had spoken but was happy that I had written about my experience with people as well. He used to quote these words again and again that whenever you travel just bring back memories and nothing else.
I have a good network of people & his advice was that to have a great inter personal relationships the only thing which is important is to make others SMILE.
