World of Knowns & Unknowns – Johari Window
I had seen a post of SSR regarding Knowns & Unknowns.I remembered seeing it somewhere as part of my training in the corporate sector. Being a big fan of this actor I just checked due to my curiosity. It was the Johari window.
This concept was developed in 1955 by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham. This is a very effective tool for understanding & training , self awareness and improving communication. Basically an enabler to develop leadership skills.
I wanted to create awareness through my post as part of my initiative NiMiTHAM. Therefore the series name used is Unknown Known Series
