Observational Learning
There is a famous quote by Amos Bronson Alcott-“Observation more than books and experience more than persons are the prime educators”
In my learning journey, I have learnt a lot by just observing others . One habit I picked recently was mindfulness along with Instagram live chat sessions.
Even my father used to tell me observe but with my own experience I have realised the importance of it now.
There are four processes of Observational Learning & each one is unique on its own.
1. Attention
2. Retention
3. Production
4. Motivation
It’s a known fact that it’s a powerful method of learning .
